ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a sales focused role. Unlike most sales roles this is NOT a commission only role. Previous experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and won't back down from a new challenge. We provide extensive training and are committed to your success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a sales focused role. Unlike most sales roles this is NOT a commission only role. Previous experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, and won't back down from a new challenge. We provide extensive training and are committed to your success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
